At Tocament, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How to Return an Item:
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 30 days from the date you received your order. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Make sure that the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note, we cannot process returns that are sent without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away at [email protected]. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Customized or Personalized Products:
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged. As these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Other Returns: Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees will be applied for any returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
