Why Was My Payment Declined?
If you’re experiencing issues paying with a credit card, please check the following:
- Ensure your card details (card number, expiration date, cardholder name, CVV) are entered correctly.
- Confirm that your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer.
- Make sure your card has not reached its limit or been temporarily suspended.
If the issue persists, we recommend:
- Trying a different card
- Using PayPal as an alternative
